Terms of Service
Service scope
DSS provides integration infrastructure including governed file transfer, multi-tenant service management, and autonomous consensus orchestration. Service levels are defined in your subscription agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree to use DSS only for lawful business purposes. Automated abuse, reverse engineering, or circumvention of governance policies is prohibited.
Liability
DSS liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
